Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used IPL devices. To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If the product packaging has been opened or if the device shows signs of use, the return request may be refused.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mypulsea.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
